2. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or product, you can initiate an exchange request within 14 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.

3. Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will not be refunded unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.

4. Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges of defective or damaged products.

5. Exceptions: There are certain products that are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to: personalized or customized products, bonnets and wig units.
